Billing questions
What happens if I use all my monthly message credits?
You get a warning email at 80% so it never surprises you. At the limit, the widget shows visitors a polite notice instead of answering, until credits reset next month or you upgrade. There are never overage charges.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are self-serve from your billing settings. The Free plan is free forever, no credit card required.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Upgrades apply immediately and you're only billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you already paid for until then.
Do unused message credits roll over to next month?
No, credits reset at the start of each billing month. There's no rollover, but there are also never overage charges — the widget just shows a polite fallback until credits reset or you upgrade.
